Puppy Love
Look what Roy's sweet family did to our little baby when I wasn't looking. Although it's gross, something about it is cute?! Maybe it's because he's a boy. Video courtesy of my wonderful brother-in-law, Wil (who thinks he if funny):

Wow, first to comment. I'm going to have to lean more towards the gross side than the cute side. I can't believe they actually gave you the evidence! I hope what they say about dog's mouths being cleaner than human mouths is true.
I think this is so cute!! Maybe a little gross at first, but I liked it! I read somewhere that some dog germs are actually good for babies, helps keep thier immune system up:)
hhahahaha! This is really cute but the gross thing is, I think I was kissing that boy all over that day. So basically, I was kissing all the dog off of him.
Adorable yet sort of yucky at the same time. He does love that doggie!
Donna, I still love that sweet that RA, but now I'm not sure I want to eat him up like I always say I do! I love the squeals!!
TOO CUTE! Seeing how happy he was made me smile, he really did love all that attention...even if it was a little gross...
HAHAHAHAHAHA. I am about to wet my pants. I can TOTALLY feel your blood heating up by the second as you watched that. I'm glad it was you, not me. YOu're a good sport, Donnie. Suz, I have a feeling you would think differently if Jeanne and Richard sent you that video. LOL. Good one, Wilbo, good one! :)
Oh Donna.......I am sorry!
That is hilarious!!!! Glad to hear from Suzanne that dog germs are good for babies - that makes you feel better huh?!
That was so funny! He just kept reaching for more!!! Ha!Ha!Ha! Gotta have more dog tongue!
Oh my word...this is hilarious!!! I love RA's little sounds. :)
haha...the funniest thing is that there is this whole introduction going on in the background while RA is getting a kiss fest! I did cringe when the tongue actually touched his lips, but it was cute--and of course RA loved it!
That is the CUTEST!! Hey, I think we've all survived a few dog licks in our lifetime -- RA will be fine! I love the way he squeals when he grabs for the dog - so cute!
I am so sorry that my dog was a bit much. If I were there I would've stopped it for sure. She sure is craving attention!!!
Kristy, LOL that was your dog. He/she is cute. I'm just curious if you let him/her do that to your sweet, new, fresh, innocent Hannah Ruth. I ask b/c I was OVERPROTECTIVE about our big, slobbery, hairy black lab getting near AP when she was first born. It's worn off a bit so I've kinda chalked it up to my motherly instinct first being unleashed. I don't know. Maybe I was just being anal?
Don Don, why the title change?!?? :)
P.S-DRS I'll be curious to see how you feel about big ole Boss around sweet little Michael. LOL. Lucky for you, Boss got shipped off to the farm. Poor, poor Boss.
well, they say, that dogs mouths are cleaner than humans.
I guess I am not much of an animal lover so my opinion is skewed but I was grossing out the whole time. I guess it was the whole tongue think all over his mouth and even into his mouth. I have seen TOOOOOO many dogs licking their rectums. (I just had a little heave there) Anyway, I have to admit that my anal side would've had him in the backseat of the car wet-wiping the hide off his body. HA! RA is such a cutie-pie...even with dog slobber!
HPS, I'm LOL! Just the name BOSS. He is LARGE and IN CHARGE but the good thing is, he doesn't like babies or kids for that matter so he's staying at "farm boarding school" for now.
I would be more worried about the play areas at Chick-filet and etc. and the church nursery and preschools. Now there are some nasty germs living in those places, but we all need a few to keep us healthy.
Miss you all and love you more,
Jane Austin
True dat about the church nursery! That is why I started working in the baby nursery, instead of 4 year olds, after I had Margaux. I didn't trust anyone to clean the toys or take care of Margaux, or any other sweet baby.
And you gotta have some " hand pump" with you. That is the first thing we put on once we get back in the truck after an outing. I have trained my children well in this area. Even Margaux knows how to "spread the pump" on her hands.
Umm Donna - I think it's time for a new post. Certainly you have some good material??
I expected WAY more posts w/ RA being out of town! You must be keeping REALLY busy!
