I thought I'd copy my big sister, Denise, and update my lonely,old blog and clean up my phone pictures at the same time. I do want my kids to look back on our life through this blog!! (By the way, does anyone use a camera anymore? I don't think I've used ours in over a year!) Anyway, here is what we've been up to since July....Sorry the pictures are so big and weird looking. I tried a new thing: Blogging from my phone!
I purposely did not sign up for any camps or outings at all last summer. I wanted to wake up each day and plan it in our pjs. So we spent a lot if our time at the pool. I love this picture! He really loves his baby sister:
We went to a kids event at the BG Library one afternoon:

Roy had the "time of his life" when he drive a motorcycle from Alaska to Seattle with his dad and some of his friends. I was a little noivous!!!

We visited cousins and bowled a few games:

We went to the beach and had a blast:



We tossed a sad jellyfish out to sea one night:





I discovered another confirmation that my son loves the word "poop":

We started school:(. I have to say that I was sad about it starting. I truly enjoyed having them home this summer.

Caroline started second grade:

Roy Austin was a proud kindergartner:
Roy took the kids on their annual dive shoot in September:


Charlotte had her first dental visit!


And she went to her first movie, Planes:

We celebrated Community Helper Day with a sweet astronaut:

He built a car wash fir the kindergarten community:

We had a cookie and coke stand for Samaritan's Purse to help with the Colorado "Fluding":

We went to Tennessee with our Reber family one weekend and visited Dollywood. By the way, I LOVE Dollywood. Great place...very family oriented and great park food!!:

We celebrated a sweet three year old while we were in TN with a requested Ariel birthday:


We spent a weekend in Boone, riding 4wheelers, picking apples and just having fun:





We celebrated a special six year old, Ninja Turtle style:


Our last season visit to Carowinds was on his birthday. It was cold!!!:


Sweet Margaret came to visit. She's a little baby doll:

We did a Star Wars theme for Halloween. We had a Han Solo, Princess Leia, a Padme Amadala and a scary Darth Vader trying to photo bomb the picture:



Roy and Caroline went in their first daddy/daughter campout with their Y-Guide tribe:

Phew! This gets me to November. I will post the rest later. I'm almost caught up! I have to say I spend most of my day in my suburban these days. I'm just entering the busy years, too:(.

Donna, thank you for taking the time to update your blog! I love the pictures!! Little Charlotte was so much smaller at her first dentist appt - so cute and the one with her bday cake and the one of Roy Austin with his bday cake - so good - all of them - great!
