I'm Programmed Out

Last week was the week of programs for our family. Although I love to go to my children's programs, I have to say that I was very happy to clap at the finale of Caroline's (the last program) school program!  

This past week, Caroline had her Fall piano recital.  She did great and made us so proud!

 Roy Austin has his "Family Night" at his preschool.  This was one L-O-N-G night as there were about 14 preschool classes that did songs.  It was cute, but long!  It was so funny to see how shy he was once he got on stage.  Even his teacher remarked later how shocked she was because he was so animated during rehearsals!

 A few days later, his class had their Thanksgiving feast in their Indian costumes they made.  Here is "Famous Warrior"(still laughing at this name his teacher gave him!!):

 Okay, so moving right along to program #3 for the week....Caroline's.  The first and second grades did a program about God's creation.  I had a little video but I can't upload it for some reason.  She did great and sang her heart out!

 I have to hand it to this girl...she sat through all three of the programs and did an okay job.  And my bag had all the essentials to ensure an hour of quiet children...Ipad, books, snacks, juice.  It only was good for an hour, though.  Anything over that was the limit---and we reached it twice.

Now we're moving on to the week of Thanksgiving.  I love this week as we head to the mountains, visit with family, get our Christmas tree and start the season of Christmas!  We have so much to be thankful for:)
