For weeks, Charlotte kept talking about her "Melmo Irthday". She had no idea what a birthday was, but she knew she wanted an Elmo cake. I felt so bad for her, because her big day was such a rushed day and her actual party was very, very anti-climatic. With all that we had going on, we ended up celebrating her birthday at 8:00 on the night before her actual big day. Roy had to go out of town early the next morning, so we had to celebrate it a day early. At least she won't remember:)
My friend, Jessica, made this cute shirt for her:
Charlotte had some weird stomach thing going on, so she couldn't have any cake, but we gave her a lick!:
On her actual birthday, we went in to sing to her and see if the Birthday Fairy came. She did, but Charlotte could have cared less! She was cranky!!
| So on her actual birthday, she got some cake. She liked it! |

I love this one. Roy came home and came through the back door. This is her face when she saw him:

Aww, sweet pictures Donna! You ALWAYS do such a great party! Love the Sesame Street characters at the party! And LOVE the cake. Did you make it? SURE you did! You done real good again!
Yes, Donna ALWAYS has great parties for the kids....but all you other girls do, as well. We're just a bunch of party animals!! Great pictures, Donna. That little Charlotte is really something special. I could just eat her up!!
I admire how you always pull off such nice birthdays with decorations and cakes. Was that a Sesame Street shower curtain that you hung in the back ground? Love the shirt Jessica made for Charlotte too! Speaking of too, I can't believe she's already two! She is precious!
