For the past three years, we have remembered 9/11 by delivering a big plate of cookies and cards to these guys:

Don't forget your firefighters! We toured our local station two years ago and all the guys were so sweet and genuinely kind. I was shocked to hear that all of their food and other essentials at the station are provided by themselves! Bring them a treat once in a while and show them that you appreciate their dedication to your community.

Great idea Donna and you are teaching your children well....
That's really a nice thing to do, Donna. I know those firemen really appreciate your visit, and the treats you make for them......and the children are learning to be thankful, as well as giving. You're a good momma!
