While the rest of you have been getting so much snow that you're sick of it, we have been waiting patiently in Charlotte to get at least something! Well, last night was the night. The weather man kept saying it would come he was correct. Right around 5:00, it started pouring snow! It was so nice and relaxing to watch. We kept all the outside lights on and turned off all the inside lights as we watched snow fall and the Olympic Opening Ceremony. It was very cozy:) Here are some pictures of our morning. As I type, it is almost 5:00 and most of it has melted away. Oh well! We got our snow so bring on Spring!
We had to go to a birthday party this morning and when we got home, most of our snow was gone. Roy and Caroline quickly built this guy. It's already been knocked over due to melting!

What a nice snow! I'm really glad you finally got some. I heard just this morning that the only state in the USA that doesn't have some kind of snow on the ground is Hawaii. Guess it's been snowing everywhere lately. Anyway, I'm so glad you took that snowsuit home for Caroline. You should have taken those little bib pants back for Roy, too. ```````111````````````````qq (that's Michael adding his two cents worth. Yippeee! I'm glad you got some snow too and that you were at HOME to enjoy it! I love the picture of RA running through the trees. It's a good action shot! Hhaaa!
And yes, you would have had a blast last night. Those girls were a trip to watch and talk to. It was right up your alley! denise did an incredible job.

I am playing catch-up on all your posts. I am so glad you all got snow. I always want at least one good snow a year but it doesn't happen much in Texas. I love the pictures of you guys by the tree. It is so pretty covered in snow.
