Here is little of what we have been up to:
1. We caroled:
2. We dressed up for Christmas and ate:
3. We baked (guess which candy cane cookies Caroline made?):
4. We watched the Nativity:
5. We opened presents (and Caroline got Baby Chou Chou!!):
6. LeRoy reunited:
7. We made it to Boone in time for a Christmas bath with sweet Hannah:
8. We got Hungry Hungry Hippos and played it with Gramps and Pogo Sticked it with Uncle Edward:
9. We partied at Pop and Mama Jane's house (Roy Austin partied a little too hard):
10. Roy went on his annual New Year's hunt with his dad and brothers, so the Logans and Dolly and Michael came to Charlotte for New Year's Eve. Caroline and Harrison Jack did some finger painting:
11. We had some more Hungry Hungry Hippo Tournaments:
12. We did some shopping at Southpark all day long New Year's Eve with 8 children (including 4 toddlers and 2 newborns):
13. We broke out the sparklers:

15. We slept and relaxed:It was a fun but very busy Christmas vacation for us. It's the first day of the new year, the company is now gone, the house is quiet, my two are napping, we are all still in our pajamas, the blinds are pulled, I'm on the couch and it feels great! Tomorrow the decorations come down and the resolutions begin. Happy 2009!

Phew!!! Reading all that makes me tired! I am always sad when Christmas is over, but glad the rush is over! And Bravo to you and Denise shopping with the kids! Happy NEW YEAR!

YEAH!!!!! I have been waiting for this post. Now, you did a good job of condensing weeks of fun into one post. I need to take lessons. I love all the pics, especially the new Le-Roy picture. It looks like you had a great Christmas. I do have to say that you all are BRAVE to take that many kids and spend an entire day at the mall. I'm impressed.
I am with Kristi. I would have loved to have seen you all at the mall:) You must have had a few laugh jar moment for sure.
