Okay, Bloggers: Are you up to the challenge?
My blog friend, Kristi, came up with the good idea to do a blog scavenger hunt. She didn't know exactly how to do it, so she told me to come up with something creative. I had the suggestion for whoever wants, to do a blog post about "A Day In the Life of ________". So, if you have a blog and you want a funny/creative post that EVERYONE will be interested in reading, do this! Pick one day out of your week (preferably a week day) and take pictures throughout the day of things you do, from the time you get up until bed time. For example, take a picture of yourself making breakfast, taking the kids to school, at the grocery store, going to Target, pumping gas, washing the dishes, making dinner, your family at dinner, putting the kids to bed, going to bed yourself. Be creative and don't be embarrassed to have a fellow shopper at Target take a picture of you shopping for diapers. Then the next day, post about it! Come on, I know you're all thinking I'm ridiculous right now, but you KNOW you all would be interested in reading other people's posts and seeing what a normal day is like for them. I'm going to start mine tomorrow, so watch out for a post about my fun filled Friday sometime this weekend. Come on.....PLEASE join me!!! I expect all of my blogger friends to the left of this post to participate. Just think, we'd all get to know and appreciate each other a little bit better:)

Donna, you are a tried and true, die hard blogger. If there is ever a blog Hall of Fame, you are sure to be one of the first to be chosen! I'll see what I can do....seeeeee what I can do. :)

okay, i have to admit at first i was like puh-lease, i am not doing this. but then when i read that it's just a day in the life type of thing, i realized that it actually has a point (you know me...has to have a point!) and i could be creative with it. plus your little plea is just too cute. i'm in.

okay, later in the day now and i've been taking pictures but i think i'm gonna do it another day cuz this day has turned out atypical! but, i was thinking about how embarressing it's gonna be to ask someone to take my picture buying lunch. picture me acting out (since i can't say it in chinese), "will you take my picture?"
Teecy, that should be easy. Don't Asian peeps or Oriental peeps (whatever they are considered)love to take pictures?
Glad I read this first thing, so I can do it today. I haven't even brushed my hair yet or gotten dressed, so this should be GREAT.
Teecy---easy peasy. Just tell them you're a tourist. It will get them EVERy time.
yeah, i'll have to get out of my neighborhood...the vendors here know me well...all the coffee shop owners KNOW i'm not a tourist!
but, anyway, who cares. they will still think's funny.
Oh my goodness...all of a sudden I'm feeling so much pressure! My blog isn't supposed to give me anxiety, is it? :)
Okay, I'm in but it will be next week. I'm not mentally prepared to start today and it's also raining pretty hard here - that might make some things difficult.
But, I can't wait to see how everyone else spends their day!!

I'm in too! I am just now reading this. I'm at Amy's in Raleigh so I'll do mine sometime next week. Can't wait but it will be hard to top yours Donna! Yours was HILARIOUS!
