Homemade Fudgesicles!

Yesterday, the kids and I made homemade fudgesicles. They were so easy to make and they are very tasty. As you can see, this made for some happy faces...

Yes, RoyBoy is wearing a "Fruit of the Spirit" shirt. Caroline made this in school last year and he always begs her to wear it. If you ask him what the FOTS is, he'll say "Love, Joy, PEACE!!!"

So, here is the easy recipe:

Mix together 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Pour into ice-pop molds and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.

**(Mine took overnight to harden up. Also, you could probably make these with fat free sweetened condensed milk and skim milk to make them truly fat free.)
