Fun Friday

It is so hot here in Charlotte that we needed to do an inside activity today. So, we met Hannah, AnnaPreston and the twins at Plaza Fiesta for some fun play!

Don't you love the Mexican flag colored slide? It's a cool one and goes VERY fast!

Hannah showed up with these cuties! I have to say that my hat is off to her. She gets those kids out the door and makes it look effortless. Those babies are adorable, too! Adsem is such a big, sweet boy and Alsey Bea is so tiny and feminine. Check out Adsem's chubby arms and legs! He's already a lady's man...I would be talking to Hannah and I'd feel someone staring at me. I'd look over and he'd be smiling SO big at me. It was hilarious!

Caroline, RoyBoy and AnnaPreston:

Afterwards, we packed it up and headed to BGEA for lunch with Roy. Friday is Family Day there and kids eat free. It was so nice--they had balloons for the kids, big lollipops and kids meals. Caroline and RoyBoy loved the lollipops and by the time we left, they were a sticky mess!

Miss Pam was sweet to get the kids some pool toys. RoyBoy started swim class yesterday and needed to get goggles, so these were a hit. He wore these Buzz Lightyear goggles all the way from Roy's desk to our home...even in the H-O-T heat of the car. Thanks, Pam! The kids loved their treats:)

Now the kids are napping and I'm relaxing in a house that needs to be cleaned desperately but I could care less! Enjoy the weekend!

I'm laughing at the Mexican flag slides. Looks like it was the perfect day to go and not too crowded. My hats off to HPS too! That stroller makes me laugh how big it is. Who would have thought HPS, whooo would have thought? Those twins are too cute and Adsem is a little Preston!!! I need to see them again soon.

RA cracks me up in his buzz light year goggles. I bet Roy loved having ya'll for lunch too. Can't wait to see you all VERY SOON!!!!

LOVE the picture of Roy in his goggles! Funny how kids take to certain things like that and don't want to take them off....hats, clothes, costumes, whatever. He sure is a cutie. And those twins are really beautiful. I know they are lots of work, but I'm sure Hannah would be the first to say it's all worth it. I'm glad you had such a nice day with your friends....young and old!!

Thank you, jenius. You are absolutely right....they are sooooo worth every minute! 2 more things....how did I miss the Mexican flag slide? HALar and you forgot about the lighthouse. That is even more funny as the hours have passed but I felt your pain in the moment. You were graceful as always. RIP Tommy kinkade, RIP. Andale andale arriba arriba!

Caroline comes down the slide facing forward.....Roy facing backwards....does anybody else see a pattern here. The Easter Egg hunt...>>>Just wondering? He is so funny to me!

Where in the world were yall??? For a moment, I thought you were somewhere in Texas/Little Mexico. I love how Caroline went down the slide so ladylike with her knees clenched together instead of going down as I would when I was a little girl...spread eagle.

Those Scholle babies are scrumptious. I would love to nibble on those chubby cheeks. They are so gorgeous! You are a brave woman, Hannah.

I LOVE those Mexican flag slides! Lol! Aron is starting to get into Toy Story, but I know there is NO WAY he would sit through the whole movie!
I can't believe how big both of your kids are getting! They are so precious! And Hannah's babies.....OMG....I could just eat them up!

I'm sitting here reading this thinking I am the biggest wimp twin mom out there. Nope, would not have ventured out to a place like that with all 3 kids. Well, maybe now but not at their age. HPS, you're the bomb! And those babies are cute!

Glad you girls were able to get together!!!
