Oprah was certainly a big jerk during that interview!
I was proud of Bristol for saying what she did and for NOT getting silly or too "talky" to Oprah! She made a strong statement by her short answers if you ask me!
Oprah has lost her mind in the last few years, I actually used to think she was a christian!
I can't stand Oprah either. Speaking of not being any bodies business if she has sex or not....it's not OPRAH'S business if she decides NOT to have sex. Leave it alone!!!!
You tell her Dolly....thank you. Why don't you write Oprah and tell her. Instead of encouraging her and telling her she thinks that is great .......she slaps her in the face with a typical "of the world" jerk comment! I am dirty so you need to be dirty attitude.
Remember this is the same woman who won't get married because she doesn't "Need a piece of paper to tell her she's married". Obviously, she can't make a commitment or vow because she knows that she'll end up breaking it. She doesn't want to set herself up for failure and because she thinks this way, she is right because she's Oprah after all and everything Oprah says or does is absolutely right and perfect (being sarcastic of course!!).
I saw this yesterday and didn't have time to respond, but it bothered and disgusted me so much, I just had to chime in. The fact that Oprah is clueless that there might be hundreds of young people in the world today who CHOOSE to not have sex --and she thinks it's such an impossibility --is so unbelievable. And even more discussion on The View about it -- I do think it's time for many christians to step up and SAY what we believe and why --ugh --people like Oprah live in their own world and believe their own press. It's time to write - I agree with Jane.
I bet if Bristol's "goal" was to break free from her parents beliefs and have sex whenever she wants with whomever she wants Oprah would be cheering her on for "being so brave." But a goal that really takes maturity, just because it is connected to faith in Jesus Christ, is so disgusting to her? Really??

Please pardon the "palin gates" scandal website advertised. It's the only clip I could find of this segment on Oprah!
You are so funny! I LOVE your past two posts!
Oprah--time to go byebye! She drives me nuts--just like the ladies on the View!
And, way for her to say "I got "bristled" when she was talking to BRISTOL. I mean come on. Who says "I got bristled?????"
