...we bundled up and ventured outside to play! Roy Austin didn't know where to start. He couldn't get his balance with his snow gear on and kept falling over. He finally got the hang of it and didn't want help doing anything! Caroline loved it, too. As we were walking down the sidewalk, she said, "Mommy, I love snow!"
(FYI, Maggie HATES snow. It's an inconvenience for her highness).
Right now it's still coming down hard, we are all toasty and warm in front of the fire drinking hot chocolate and watching The Backyardigans. Roy had to go to work today but he's going to try to come home for lunch to play with Caroline some more. I told Caroline that today is a TV day. She can stay in her pajamas and watch TV all day if she wants. So can Mommy. I love snow days!!

It's FEREEEEEZZZZZINNNNGGG here but no snow yet. And that pic of you is so cute! Looks just like RA2 to me.

Donna, that's a WONDERFUL blog!! I'm so glad you got snow and you all get to enjoy it. The pictures are so nice, and I especially love that one of you in the snow. I remember that!!! The picture of Maggie and her little coat is priceless, too. All of you have a wonderful snow day. Our Bible study got cancelled this morning, but only because LCA was two hours late in starting. Some parts of the area got a dusting of snow, but none here. You're lucky.

Yoy guys have snow!?!? thats awesome! It was the best feeling when mom would come in my room and say its a snow day! Especially when we didn't have school!

Donna, what adorable pictures! And wow, your picture is IDENTICAL to RA! I have to say, when I heard it was a snow day this morning, I was excited thinking about it - remembering so many snow days with 3 small children at home and doing fun things like you are doing. It's different with all the kids gone, not bad, just different...just sayin'. So enjoy the FUN SNOW days - they are special!

AAAAHHHHH!!!! I felt like I was there making snow angels and drinking hot chocolate. Actually, I was enjoying the 30 degree Texas day two days ago and a 70 degree day today. Crazy!
