I can't believe that today we will celebrate the milestone of his first year of life. I know all parents say this about their children, but it's so true: this year has flown by and he's grown way too quickly...
Roy Austin, it was so hard to imagine how you would fit into our family, and now I cannot imagine you not being a part of us! I said this to you the day you were born and I'll say it until the day I die: I can't believe I get to be your Mommy! God couldn't have blessed us with a sweeter boy. You have brought nothing but joy and wonder into our family's life and we love you more than words could ever say. Happy 1st Birthday, sweet boy!

What a PRECIOUS tribute from a proud mommy -- Roy Austin's baby pictures are BEAUTIFUL --wow, he was was downright HANDSOME as a newborn!! And the picture of Caroline in the hospital room is priceless. He is a special boy born to a special family --God bless you all today as you celebrate!

Happy Birthday to our sweet Roy Boy. We just got in, and I went to check my emails and your blog right away. I was expecting that you'd already have a whole blog on the wonderful party, but the one for Roy's birthday has to come first. Donna, I can't tell you enough what a great job you did for little Roy's first birthday party. I'm so proud of you, and everyone had such a good time. You need to go into business as a party planner!! It IS hard to believe that the little guy is a year old all ready. I, too remember the day he was born, and it seems like yesterday. No, I cannot believe it has already been a year since he was born. It really seems like just yesterday when it was just Caleb and Caroline. Now it has already been a year with it being Caroline and Roy Austin, Caleb and Kathryn!He is such a cutie! His birthday party was great today!

1 whole year...that blows my mind. You two do have some of the most beautiful newborns! i love his hair and his big blue eyes. My favorite picture is the Christmas one, and his head is plopped over!
