More Entries....Getting Better and BETTER!

This is getting good. I've had more entries submitted to me today and they are classics! First off, we have my sweet boy, Roy Graham. I'm not sure what year this was, but I know if I asked him, he would tell me not to put it on the blog, soooo....I am going to guess this was 1995? His date was his highschool sweetheart, Miss Mackie Lee Brown (I think I spelled that right)! I think she looks very pretty. Roy looks a little nervous. Sorry it's not more clear. I still can't figure the scanner thing out.
Next we have Kaelin Scholle and her hottie exchange student friend from Finland. This was from Prom season 1989. Kaelin, I actually think you look very pretty. I bet you were one of the cool girls at your highschool, huh?

Alright. Moving right along, we have a phenomenal entry from Mrs. Glenda Parrish. The year was 1973. Glenda was invited to the RJ Reynolds Highschool prom in Winston-Salem, NC by the ultra-cool Preston Parrish . She was so excited, that she decided to MAKE her own dress!

This wonderful floral frock is accented by a hot pink body suit TURTLENECK! Go Glenda! Somebody really put a lot of thought into her prom dress.

This isn't puppy love, people. These cool cats tied the knot two years later and went on to produce 4 children.

WOO HOO!!! I wanna see Roy's prom picture up close SO bad. You're on the money he wouldn't let you put that up! Good work.

Don Don, should we mention what Glenda and Pressy's prom DINNER was?!?!? You'll never guess...LENTIL casserole. That's right! Lentil casserole, folks. If you're jealous, I'll be glad to provide the recipe!

I've tried the lentil casserole and I love it! Even Roy liked it, and he's a picky one. It is DELISH! HPS, where is your entry? Max needs to submit one, too.

I'm coming. I'm coming. I have to wait on Max to help me get my boxes off the shelf in the garage. No worries. The goods are gonna take some work, but they'll be very worth it!

BTW, if anyone can think of the catchy prom themes that they had, please tell. I know that one year we had one called "A Night at the Oscars". Each senior got a little oscar for something they did. Embare! I always love prom themes, like "A Night Under the Stars" or "Forever Young". I think Dolly's was "Bright Lights, Big City". What does that mean?!

These are GREAT! I LOVED Glenda and Preston's! So cute! I love the pink body suite too. Hilarious! Glenda looks JUST LIKE JesseRuth.

Mine are on the way. I'm a little embarrassed about the purple one.
