Tonight Roy, Caroline and I went to see Elmo Live! It is our last weekend with just the three of us, so we thought we'd start it off with a bang! We started at Caroline's favorite place to eat--Chick-fil-A--and then went on to the Cricket Arena-- a nasty, outdated, germ infested complex. Here is a photo montage of our night...
Caroline wanted to wear her favorite dress when she went to see Elmo tonight.
We actually had pretty good seats for $14 each! Here we are waiting for the show to start.
The whole Sesame Street gang.
Something tells me Caroline is liking the show so far...

Let me explain. Roy and I laughed so hard at this lady-- the Sesame Street stage security. She was literally in her 60's, sat by the stage and didn't smile once that we could see!
After the intermission, Roy and I agreed that we were ready to go. The show wasn't nearly sold out, kids were screaming and crying, the monsters were talking so loudly, the lead singer's mic was turned up a little too much and we were slightly bored...
and sleepy...
and exhuasted from working all day.
But it was our last fun thing to do as a family of three! Caroline had a great time and we had fun watching her. That's all that matters:)

YIPPEE! FTP! I laughed out loud at the picture of Roy looking like he was sleeping. Hilarious! That's really nice that you could have one more "family" memory before your second comes. Donna, you still look great! I know you're ready. I love you!
It just doesn't get any better than a night with Elmo. I'm laughing out loud at you and Roy entertaining yourselves. Way to keep it fun for C-line. By they way, I laughed when you typed "C-line" on my blog comments. It made me think of K-Fed.
Hi Donna. Daddy and I read your blog first thing this morning. We enjoyed all those pictures, and we're so glad you're making these memories with Caroline in your last few days of being just the three of you. Little Roy Boy will be here soon.....YAY!!!
I'm sure Caroline LOVED her date with Elmo, mom and dad. How fun! Donna, it must be so crazy to KNOW you are going to have Roy Boy next Friday. That's crazy! Can't wait to see the little guy.
Donna this post was cracking me up! from the old security lady to the lead singer's mic being turned up a little too much, hilarious...Alex was looking at the pictures with me and said that those were such "Donna" faces that you were making, ah memories...

Donna- I was laughing out loud of the pic of you then of Roy, bored and sleepy! Too funny. Caroline seemed to love it. Wonder if Roy Austin will like Elmo?
