WWU

Last Friday, Dolly and her BFF, Teecy, came into town. Teecy has been in Taiwan for a year and has recently arrived back in the states for good. She is like my 5th sister, so it was great to see her and spend some time with her. My sweet niece, Maddie, also came with them, too. Dolly, Teecy, and I had to go to a going away party for our friend, Stacey, that night. So, Roy stayed home with the kids while the three of us went to the party. It was so nice and fun and it was good to send Stacey off to China in style:
Teecy and Hannah:

This is funny. The girl in the middle is a friend of Stacey's from church. Stacey thinks she looks like the 6th Reber sister. It was weird seeing someone across the room who kind of resembled a family member. I think it's the nose and eyes?? Anyway, we had to get a picture with her!

Teecy could not wait to do karaoke. She had to wait her turn but it was like pulling teeth to keep her still. Stacey went first and then Hannah joined Teecy in Independent Woman by Destiny's Child. Funny!

Good luck, Stacey!

Saturday morning, Caroline and I had to be at Nordstrom's at 9:00 for a shoe-tying class. We brought Maddie along with us and she was such a good help. Caroline adores her big cousin! If you have a Nordstrom in your town, sign your child up for this class. It was adorable!

While we were at the mall, Maddie had spending money just burning a hole in her pocket. What did she choose to buy with some of it???:

She visited the candy kiosk. Classic Maddie:)

Later that night, all of us girls and the kids went to Stonecrest for some Qdoba and to listen to a cute band play some music. The kids loved it but we ended up leaving abruptly because RoyBoy did some serious poopooing and it started to leak through his shorts, and being the good, prepared moms Dolly and I are, we didn't have any wipes in our bags:)

This is when I discovered the poopoo mess. I was holding him and my right forearm got wet. Yuck!!

Teecy and Dolly left this morning, but Maddie is spending the rest of the week with us and we are having so much fun. She is being the biggest help! I wish she lived closer to us because I would love to have her as my helper all the time! This should be a fun week!

Looks like you all had a fun weekend. I loved all your pictures. Dolly told me about your experience with little RA the other night. Our babies really have some blow outs, don't they? Poor you, Donna. He really keeps you on your toes. He'll be grown up before you know it, though, and then you'll have all those wonderful? memories. Glad you'll have Maddie there with you this week to help you out. Have a good time together.

Donna, it's good to know that if my feet grow to a gigantic size, Caroline will be qualified to tie my shoes for me! Seriously though, that's a cool idea. I just hope I can keep Savannah from wanting to buy shoes there someday.

All I keep singing in my head is, "I'm not a girl, not yet a woman". This was the theme song with Maddie with us all weekend. What a fun time we had with all of you. I'm laughing at the pictures of Teecy, Hannah and Stacey singing Karaoke. That was a fun night. And yes, I thought that girl resembled Dawn. I'm not sure if she liked being our "sister." Funny!

Have fun with Maddie and thanks again for all you did to make our weekend such a fun one!

Great recap Donnie! I'm SOOOO glad Dolly and Teecy came to town for the shindig and a get together w/ Maddie girl this week is a MUST. It was a blast being w/ ya'll and I wished it could have kept going and going. :) My bad on cutting off Dolly's profile on Reber sissy pic. Carrie loved ya'll. I'm laughing as I hear Donna saying in my head "Well, Daddy always said...." I'll have to remember the shoe tying at Nordie's. Veeery cute! Love you!

Well, another Graham WWU. If your weekends get any wilder, I may have to report you to Paw-paw.

That girl does resemble Dawn. That is so funny that you all got your picture together.

I bet you all had a blast doing karaoke. There is nothing funnier. I am disappointed we didn't see a sister act among these pictures.

Sweet RA, he couldn't help it....it was all the excitement! You have a fun week with your little helper. Take a few bubble baths while Maddie watches the kiddos.

I love the recap of your weekend. It is great that your niece is able to stay for the week...fun memories to be made and savored!

I thought it was Dawn in that photograph...wow!

LOL at tiger dave!

and, I've seen pics of your wipe stash - that's the most surprising thing about you being without wipes - it's not as if you don't have enough to stash a whole case in your trunk or something, right?

Hahaha! So true:) Roy always gets mad at me and tells me I'm playing Russian Roulette with myself. I ALWAYS forget diapers and wipes. We've had to stop at many a CVS or Target while we've been out to buy diapers. And I want to kick myself when I have to do it b/c I know what my stash at home looks like and I usually have NO COUPONS with me!!!!!!

When I saw that girl, I thought she looked like Dawn! Funny.

That shoe is hilarious! Caroline looks so cute!!
Stride Rite has a book with shoe strings and great illustrations to help kids learn to tie. Peyton learned super quick from that thing!

I would love to have a Maddie to come and stay with us for a week!!

I thought it was Dawn too. That's funny. You've found a twin for Dawn and one for me...who's next?

Seriously, what a big shoe!! I would think that it would be harder to tie those laces than a regular length one!! I agree with Mrs. Graham...did she learn how to tie her shoe?

I really thought that was Dawn in the picture - that's crazy!
