Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Okay, girls. Here is the recipe that some of you have asked for. It is DELISH! I love to make them in the fall time and they are good any time of the day:) If you do mini-muffins, I'd used mini-chocolate chips. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
1 2/3 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sugar (I've used Splenda before and you cannot tell a difference)
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1 Cup canned pumpkin
1/2 Cup melted butter
1 Cup chocolate chips
Mix flour, sugar, spices, baking soda and powder and salt in large bowl. Beat together eggs, pumpkin and butter. Pour over dry ingredients and mix until moistened. Add chocolate chips and spoon batter into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Seriously, Donna...are you really putting recipes on your blog when you have a new baby AND a two year old at home? How do you do it? OK, I give up. You win Mommy of the Year Award. Who can compete?
Oh, and I totally agree about the girls' diapers being easier than the boys'.
Hope you're still doing well,
Elaine

Wow! What an awesome recipe! Alex and I made these on Tuesday and they were awesome! Then, I went to the women's meeting at church last night and saw that Sommer had made them too!! How funny it that?! They are delicious! I'm definitely adding that to the Thanksgiving dinner! Hope all is well :)
