Happy 5th Birthday to our favorite girl in the whole wide world!
Five years ago was one of the best days of our life. We became a family and it was because of this sweet thing. I like to joke and say that we bought Caroline at Target because she was as perfect as a baby could be from the moment she arrived. She has brought nothing but joy to our family and we continue to be so thankful to God for her. I am so glad He gave her to us first because she is a wonderful oldest child--such a leader, a nurturer and just a sweet, loving girl. I can't believe five years has gone by! They've gone by way too quickly but the memories they left behind are priceless...just like our Caroline!

Happy Birthday sweet Caroline! I can't believe you're 5 ALREADY!!! I'll never forget the day I saw your little dark head getting cleaned up at the hospital through the glass. And from birth they stuck a sweet little bow in your hair. You've been such a joy to watch grow and you're loved very much! Can't wait to celebrate tonight.
