1. This is just gross:

2. We discovered this marinade a few months ago and it is our new favorite for any kind of beef. I use my handy marinader and we have had some delicious grilling (esp. steaks). Harris Teeter makes a knock-off version that tastes identical:

3. I'm having a hard time with LOST this season. I really thought it would be more "edge of your seat" watching since this is the final season. It better pick up soon because I am a little disapointed. I really want to know the significance of the children on the island and the whispering. LOST used to be really scary, now it's just confusing.
4. The Bachelor, on the other hand, has been such great entertainment over the past few weeks. I love to watch catty girls in action! Last night's Women Tell All special was enlightening entertainment. There is nothing like running on the treadmill and laughing at stupid girls while you do it! Oh and by the way, Ali is the new Bachelorette (according to RealitySteve.com).
5. I have to get my license renewed by next Wednesday and I am dreading taking my two sweet children to the DMV with me while I wait for my number to be called. Can't wait to see my picture on my new license. I'm thinking it will be a woman who looks like a tired mom who wants to cry. Hey, this could be a good blog post. There are some strange ones at the Charlotte DMV's.
6. RoyBoy's new favorite phrase is "no ma'am". He uses it often and it cracks us up. "Roy Austin, did you go poopoo?" "No ma'am". "Roy Austin, do you want to sit on the potty?" "No ma'am". At least he has manners. And speaking of potty training. No thank you. He has zero interest. Caroline was his exact age when I started her and she had it down within 2 months. He will be my late bloomer I think, and I am fine with that. Diapers are so much easier:)

I just saw that dog on Oprah yesterday. (I only tuned in because the set that day was made out of Godiva chocolate). You should have seen the pooper scooper that owner had to use. Eeeuuuuwww!
What's the name of the marinade? Is it Moore's? We love that stuff.
Don't even get me started on the Bachelor...
We love your random thoughts Donna! You're so funny!
LOST....I AM lost! So disappointing!
The Bachelor..must see tv!!
I agree that diapers are easier...let the boy poop his pants for a bit longer!! There is nothing worse than when your child says (in the middle of the grocery store with a cart full of groceries) "I need to go poop"...but you know by the time they tell you, it is actually coming out!!!
Okay, I take that back. Lost was GREAT last night! That's more like it:)
Angela, yes...it's Moore's marinade! Isn't it good?
Hey Donna, please drop Caroline and RA off here and then you could go to the DMV off of Nations Ford -I think? It is not far from here and I have not had to wait long there. Seriously, it is no problem! That's the least I can do for you on your birthday!!! Then you can eat lunch here afterwards.
can't wait to see your new license pic. I always try to make mine look as nice as possible but they never turn out. :(
Take Pam up on her offer! See you in a few weeks!
I don't envy your trip to the DMV - I had to take a 3 yr old and a 4 month old last June. Took 2 hours, and the old bitty taking my money told me that B3 was too small to "be out of the house" and AK looked bored. Ya think??
Maybe RA2 and Marg's will be potty trained together...cue the Debbie Downer music for me...
I know it's a drive for you, but consider the DMV on Hwy 74 in Monroe. Bobby and I went last month after we dropped Sara off at WEE school and I was done in 20 minutes. Definitely worth the car trip to avoid waiting in line! You could even drop the kids off at my house on your way, if you wanted. :)
Awww man..i finally got Bro potty trained and it literally took FOREVER!
I don't want Ali to be the next bachelorette! She annoys me!
It should be Rozlyn...ha ha...NOT!
Going to the DMV with Brody would give me NIGHTMARES for a week. I would pay a neighbor.... Just kidding.
i love your random thoughts..
