Emptying the Laugh Jar

I am about 2 posts behind schedule, but I thought I'd go ahead and post some funny entries from the Graham Laugh Jar for 2009. This post is dedicated to Teecy Christmas who, while visiting us in August, thought it would be funny to write some random things and stick it in the jar for me to find. Teecy, I've been sitting her pulling out stories from the jar and laughing. You are CRAZY!

Okay...here are some funny things that Caroline said this past year:

*Caroline came downstairs one morning and said she had a bad dream that Maggie (our chihuhaha) had bit her dot. (we call little girl boobies, dots!) OUCH!

*Caroline asked me if she had a 3 on her nose. I didn't know what she was talking about but then saw her tracing her nose from the side nostril to the middle to the other side nostril--a "3" shape!

*We were visiting the Billy Graham Library one afternoon. We went to see Tai-Tai's grave (Roy's grandmother). I explained to Caroline ahead of time that she had passed away and was now in Heaven with Jesus. As we were walking to the gravesite, Caroline said, "so she's in Heaven?" I replied, yes and then she said, "Who killed her?".

*Caroline came in the kitchen wearing a leotard and said, "Mommy, look. I have no panties on!". I told her that next time she wore the leotard, she needed to wear panties. She said, "Mommy, ballerinas don't wear panties."

*Caroline came running up to me one day and said that she had a balloon in her name. I didn't know what she meant until she quickly started writing her name for me:

For a while, she would make her "o" into a balloon when she wrote her name!

*Roy Austin was being a pistol one day and Caroline said to him, "I wish you'd obey, son!"

*I was working out to a DVD and Caroline was watching me. I was at a hard part of the workout and I said under my breath, "Lord, help me!". Instanty Caroline said, "Lord? Help Mommy. Amen".

So those are some of the funny things that Caroline said. I still need to post about Christmas/New Years in Lynchburg and then hopefully I'll have my Poland post up soon, too. My pictures would not upload so I had to go print them off at CVS and then I'll scan them in. See, either I am a die-hard blogger or I have way too much time on my hands. Probably both:)

Cute post! I thought you were going to post the things Teecy put in your jar. I helped her and we were dying laughing as we were writing them but I can't remember what they said now.
