A few weeks ago, Dolly and Leland were nice enough to ask us if we wanted to tag along with them on their vacation to Florida. I didn't know if this was their "babymoon" so I made sure they were okay with it. They were, so we readily said yes! Leland's parents are so sweet. Not only are they letting us all use their vacation home in Florida for the week, but they are allowing us to travel in style! They recently purchased an RV/RockStar Tour bus and so Dolly and Leland will be pulling that bad boy into Charlotte tonight and then tomorrow morning, we start our journey. I prefer to call it "Seckman/Graham Tour '08". Here's what I'm envisioning: Leland and Roy talking up a storm in the front, Caroline and Roy Austin taking long naps to the hum of the bus, and Dolly and me chatting, watching movies, making lunch, sleeping, and reading the trash mags I bought at Target today.
So, I will be MIA for about a week. Don't miss me too much. I'll be back with a post that does not disappoint, I promise.

Donna, I'm LOL at this. We were all ready to go and now Leland has to go get some keys he forgot so I'm sitting here waiting for him and thought I'd check out a few blogs in the meantime. It IS more like a bus but we (especially Leland) prefer to call it an RV/motorhome. Regardless we are excited for the Seckman/Graham 2008 vaca! I hope we can get wireless down at the beach. See you tonight and don't get frightened when you hear a big old diesel engine coming through your neighborhood with a big loud boat horn. It's just us.
How fun!! I can just picture y'all cruising down the road. Way to travel in style! Just think of the memories that will be made and the laughter that will take place. Are you also pulling a car behind for use once there? :O) Hope y'all have a wonderful time together and enjoy the beach!! We will all be eagerly waiting for the update. Please take pictures of the RV/bus to include. Be safe.
Dolly.....FYI....if you sit at the end of the dining room table...the kitchen end...you can catch a signal so you can get online. At least that's how it was when we were there. Our computer cards didn't work there, but we were able to catch that signal most of the time, and get on for awhile. Have a great time!!! You'll be in our prayers. ILY
