She LOVED the balloons floating above her bed. Especially the princess one!
Then we went to Doolittle's to get a birthday trim and to have Roy Austin's official first haircut. Yes, he is 5 months old and was in bad need of a trim. You can see him in the background watching his big sis.
The little guy did great! His hair looks adorable and the beautician even got the clippers out for an ultra-close cut around the ears. He's a big boy now and wore a hair cut cape to prove it!
Then we went for a birthday lunch to Chick-fil-a, where Nana met us and Caroline got to play in the nasty playground there for the first time. Thank you, Nana, for coming to lunch with us.
The following pictures are from her birthday party. This is basically for family to see since I'm sure the rest of you could care less! It was a quiet evening at our house. We just had a party of the four of us. The theme was "Under the Sea/Ariel". I decorated the eating area like a lagoon and we had surf and turf (steak and shrimp). It was a nice evening and our little girl enjoyed herself very much. She made us light the candles and sing "Happy Birthday" about 5 times so she could keep blowing out the candles!
