Don't smile, Brady. Don't smile. Act cool.
One year later, for the 1995 Jr/Sr Banquet at LCA, Dolly once again went with hunky, Brady, who got a new hairstyle, it looks like. She found this snazzy number and fell in love with it, but had a little predicament on her hands. LCA wouldn't allow for spaghetti straps! Oh, no. Don't worry! Mom had the splendid idea of sewing on a purple, wispy piece of scarf fabric--drape like--and adding a strand of sequined ribbon to accent the drapery. Wow. To go with this masterpiece, Dolly bought PURPLE panty hose and PURPLE sparkly heels. Classy. What's even classier is that Brady ordered a white limosine from 1984 with a nice oriental rug inside. I was afraid for her to go inside of it. Once again, I watched this beauty prepare for the night. Mom let me get out of school early that day to attend Dolly's hair appointment where she got her hair SLICKED to her scalp and had a cinnabon placed on top and to watch her get her fake nails applied. Basically, she went all out.

Dolly, PRETTY PLEASE find pics of Denise in her blue Gone With the Wind dress, Dayna in her pink, lacey Gone With the Wind dress and Dawn in her Vanna White Sparkly number...

I'm CRYING I'm laughing so hard. Donna, you're such a great writer. The hair slicked with the cinnabon on top is priceless. I think I had a headache from my hair being pulled so tight. Looks like I put on a few lbs from my Jr year to my Sr year. WOW!
I'll search for more pictures of the girls. I looked today and couldn't find any.
Me too, Donna. I'm sitting here, all by myself, laughing and laughing!! I remember all those times so vividly. That purple dress....it's a favorite or Janna and Grayson now. They play dress up and fight over who wears that beautiful number. All you girls were very beautiful for your "Junior-Seniors". Looking back, though.....very very funny!!!
HAHAHAHAAH...I am laughing so hard. The cinnabon hairstyle is the BEST!!!!!! And all that purple is great. Brady was too cool for school, huh?
Donna, I am rolling on the floor laughing. Dolly, you and Teecy were little knock-outs in your fancy duds. You definitely progressed in your fashion sense from Jr. year to Sr. year. Purple, short and flashy with a Cinabbon (Laughing) to sleek, tailored, Jessica McClintock.
Whatever happened to your two-year long love affair with your honey?
OK, I read the dates wrong. It was reversed. You went from classy, moderate, Christlike Jessica MC. dress to short, sassy, sparkly and....well let's just say....you were getting more comfortable with o'l Brady. LOL!
Hilarious Kristi. Yes, I went from classy to who knows what I was thinking. I actually dated this guy my whole high school only I couldn't date until I was 16. (double date that is). He was a fun guy and a good guy but broke up my Senior year. Probably not long after this picture. I wanted to go into college life a single girl! A great decision! Good ole' Brady.
wow...all i can say is wow...
best part: cinnabon!
Oh Donna! I went to this prom with Dolly and how I remember this dress! My dress was also illegal with a slit that was too far up the thigh. You know it couldn't be higher than the knee. I promptly got handed a safety pin upon my arrival. I will dig out my picture and email it. I married my senior prom date!
