Now that Christmas is a month and a half away, we've been getting catalogs like crazy in the mail--a lot of them being toy catalogs. I usually hand them to Caroline because she LOVES to look through them and find the "girl toys". She will look at these catalogs forever and ooh and ahh over the Disney Princess toys, Little Einstein toys and say "eww, look Mommy. That's a boy toy" when she sees the robots, cars and other boy stuff. Yesterday when she took her nap, she wanted to take the E-Toys catalog to bed with her. I didn't mind because I just wanted her to go take a nap! So last night as Roy and I were putting her to bed, she wanted to have it to look at again. Well, every night before we turn in, I always go check on her to make sure she's covered up. Last night as I walked into her room, I laughed so hard and told Roy to come see what she had done...
First of all, she's laying upside down in her bed. Notice the catalog in the background...
It was ripped...to...shreds. The pictures don't do this job justice. It looked like a rat's nest. The funny thing is, she was so quiet upstairs! I would have loved to have seen her do this.
It was even on the floor!
One more picture of the bed site...oh, and my husband, who thought the blog idea was crazy, told me to grab my camera so I could blog about it! I think someone is starting to come around.
And I have to include a picture of my sweet boy! Here he is yawning. I'll try to take more pictures of him and blog later. It's funny how you take TONS of pictures of your first child, but the second slightly suffers from lack of photographs:( Sorry Roy Boy!

So funny. That is what happened to one of my Toys R Us catalog. I got it in the mail and gave it to the children to look at. By the time I got it back it was in pieces! So the next day a big Target toy catalog came in the mail. I told them that it was MINE!
Also, I think our Hubbies like our blogs. Danny is always telling me to grab my camera to take a pix to blog about something. Like last night when we changed the pool filter. Let's just say, Danny and I learned a big lesson. "Take care of what you have been blessed with." Even if it is a pool.
Yes, the Target Toy Catalog has been looked at MANY times. There are good coupons in there, too:)

This is funny! I Would have loved to see Caroline ripping it apart too...probably talking to herself. Roy Boy looks so peaceful and snuggly!
I agree Denise...Leland used to think my blog was embarrassing but it seems like he's always giving me ideas for posts and every once in a while he'll say, "anything new on your friends blogs?" He loves it too!

What a sweet face, he looks so peacefully asleep...and that is to funny about Caroline, I thought you were going to say your dog tore it up..she was really into the Christmas gifting spirit. only one more week before I'll be in the states and get to hit up my most favorite of stores...TARGET! I know how she feels!

Well, after watching the Polar Express 2 times in a row yesterday, I felt terrible! She was willing, though, and I needed to feed RA without interruption!!
